Triple Jump

Running Holland organises running classes for employers of Triple Jump . These running classes help you to improve your general fitness and are the perfect preparation to run the Dam tot damloop (16,1 km) in a proper way on Sunday the 18th of september.

start: Wednesday 6th July
time: 18.00-19.30
where: from the office at the Nachtwachtlaan to the Vondelpark and Rembrandpark
dates: Wednesday 6th july untill Wednesday 14th of september. On wednesday the 3rd of August, there is no training

tips

  • Are you in doubt whether you are able to participate in these training sessions or are there indications that running might not be good for you, please contact your doctor for advice. You may also decide to take a medical sport test.
  • Don’t eat a hot meal right before the training, take care however that you have enough energy in your body. We advise you to eat something small like a sandwich or 2 pieces of fruit about 1 hour before the training.
  • Make sure that you drink sufficiently during the day at hot days, you may take a bottle of water during the training.
  • Take care of good running shoes. Running clothes are comfortable, good running shoes are important. At runnersworld, Vijzelgracht 7 in Amsterdam, participants of the course will get a 10% discount on all there running materials.
  • Take a towel and dry clothes with you for after the training.
