Runningcourse Dam tot Damloop

Running courses of Running Holland exist since 1998. It started in the ?Oosterpark?, however, Nowadays we can be found on many locations. Every year approximately 60 new courses are started with several trainers. Quality shows itself among others by a big variety of practice material, feedback by means of video recordings of the individual running technique, tests with heart rate monitors and a stimulating individual approach to the participants. All trainers started as beginners themselves and are nowadays experienced contest runners. So, they have a broad view. Every course is complete: every participant gets an individual fitting training schedule and background information will be forwarded per e-mail on a weekly basis. A training is build up by a warming-up, technique training and an interval training. The training will be concluded by a cooling-down.

Running Holland organises courses Dam tot Damloop(18 september 2005). This world famous run starts in Amsterdam and leads you to Zaandam over 10 miles(16,1 kilometers) There are 12 successive training sessions until week 37.
